Located at 230 Brooks Street in Worcester, just before the Showcase Cinemas North on the left, the MMAT Center offers a facility for Mixed Martial Arts Training like no other in Worcester County.

5000 Sq. Foot, fully air-conditioned, state of the art training center -- Over 1500 Sq. feet of open mat -- MMA training Cage -- Boxing Center complete with Ring -- 100 lb. Thai bags, 90 & 70 lb. heavy bags, Double end, Teardrop,  Uppercut  & "Ground & Pound" bags -- Member Lounge area

The MMAT Center offers day and evening classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (no gi), Muay Thai Kickboxing and Boxing, as well as open mat time for workouts and practice between classes.

Often referred to as "The Merger", we've brought together Matt Lee, formerly of Mass Submission Academy, Bill Luff of Central Mass Fight Club and Harry Grimm of Holden Martial Arts, added Rocky Gonzalez as the boxing coach and put them all under one roof.
